Welcome to Salon Amoura. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, receiving services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Card on File

A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your appointment and remain on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Salon Amoura to charge applicable cancellation, no-show, rebooking, or other agreed-upon fees in accordance with these policies.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and again approximately 2 hours before your appointment. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments regardless of whether a reminder is received.

  • Late cancellations for chemical and color services may result in a $100 fee.

  • No-shows may result in a $100 fee.

  • Clients who late-cancel or no-show for non-chemical services may be required to pay a $50 rebooking fee before scheduling another appointment.

  • Cancellation, no-show, and rebooking fees are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the salon’s schedule, we may still be able to accommodate all or part of your service.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without communication may be treated as a no-show and may be subject to the applicable no-show fee.

Service Satisfaction & Adjustments

We strive to provide high-quality results and want you to love your hair.

If you have concerns regarding a service, you must contact Salon Amoura within 48 hours of your appointment so we can evaluate your concerns and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.

Complimentary adjustments are provided at the salon’s discretion following an evaluation and must relate directly to the original service performed.

Due to the nature of salon services, all services are non-refundable.

Services that have been altered, corrected, colored, cut, removed, maintained, or otherwise modified by the client, another stylist, or a third party may no longer qualify for a complimentary adjustment.

Hair Extensions, Color & Chemical Services

Hair extensions, coloring, lightening, cutting, and chemical services are highly individualized. Results cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • The condition and integrity of the client’s natural hair

  • Previous color or chemical services

  • Hair texture and density

  • Lifestyle and environmental exposure

  • Home-care products

  • Heat styling

  • Swimming or water exposure

  • Maintenance habits

  • Appointment frequency

  • Compliance with stylist recommendations

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare and maintenance instructions provided by Salon Amoura.

Hair extension longevity, appearance, and performance may vary. Shedding, tangling, matting, slippage, breakage, dryness, fading, color changes, and reduced longevity may occur depending on wear, maintenance, lifestyle, products used, and other factors outside the salon’s control.

Salon Amoura is not responsible for damage, adverse results, reduced longevity, or changes caused by improper maintenance, failure to follow aftercare instructions, outside products, self-maintenance, swimming, excessive heat, chemical exposure, or services performed by another stylist or third party.

Any concerns must be reported within Salon Amoura’s stated adjustment period so they can be properly evaluated.

Client Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their hair history and any factors that may affect the safety or outcome of a service.

This includes, when applicable:

  • Previous color or chemical treatments

  • At-home color or lightener use

  • Hair extensions

  • Allergies or sensitivities

  • Scalp conditions

  • Relevant medications or treatments

  • Previous adverse reactions

Failure to disclose complete and accurate information may affect the safety, integrity, or outcome of the service.

Retail Products

All retail product sales are final unless the product is defective.

If you believe you received a defective product, please contact Salon Amoura within 7 days of purchase so the item can be evaluated.

Payments

Salon Amoura accepts various forms of payment.

By providing payment information, you authorize Salon Amoura to process payment for services, products, deposits, and any applicable fees you have agreed to under these Terms & Conditions.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By receiving services at Salon Amoura, you acknowledge that salon, extension, color, cutting, lightening, and chemical services involve inherent risks and that individual results may vary.

You agree to disclose complete and accurate information regarding your hair history, previous chemical services, allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, and any other information that may reasonably affect your service.

Salon Amoura is not responsible for adverse results, reactions, damage, breakage, reduced longevity, or other outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, failure to follow aftercare instructions, improper maintenance, outside products or services, or alterations performed by the client or another party.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, branding, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Salon Amoura unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

Salon Amoura reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
